Does not work

Running OX El Capitan 10.11.4 (15E65) on MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012) 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

The app does not work at all. I cannot enter a location, nor “discover automatically.” The “Feedback” option also does not work.

I purchased the pro version as well as the free one and neither are working. If I do not get a resolution to this problem I will request a refund.
