Since I purchased this app it DOES NOT WORK! its 40 degrees out and it indicates its 109! really? I want my money back! This is ridiculous.

This app has so much going for it but it simply doesn’t work. It’s never been able to automatically detect my location (even though it’s configured to), it’s never started automatically at login (even though it’s configured to), sometimes it doesn’t display any temperature at all, and I woke up today to discover that apparetly 140º in New York City.

The free version was wonderful, everything worked so I decided to support the developer and purchase the “Pro” version. Now, nothing works. The refresh location never updates. Sometimes the city shows Washington DC and I’m in Michigan. The temperature is currently reading 124 F on the app when it’s actually 31 F outside. Horrible app, don’t purchase. Just stick with the free version if you like the minimalistic style.

This app had worked well for me for several months. The last few weeks I noticed it would just stop working and not be in my toolbar. Today it reports that my current temp in Pittsburgh PA is 106ºF with a high of 145ºF and Easter Sunday will be 160ºF. After reading several other reviews, I now regret purchasing this app.

I downloaded the Pro version. was showing weather fine but from past week it shows 160F instead of 68F. Looks like its broken and not showing accurately.. please fix this issue

App had stopped working for a couple days, but appears to be back to normal again.

The Degree Pro first did not work for me. It then came alive showing whay I believe are the correct weather symbols but the temperature is 76º higher than my thermometer is reporting. It was a waste of $2.99

I used the free app for a while and it worked well. Then it started giving me a strangely high temperature as has been reported by others. In an attempt to support the developer I bought the app. The paid app installs but doesn’t work at all. It won’t display any weather information at all regardless of whether you set the location manually or have it discover automatically.

Sadly, they just must not care. It doesn’t work, and the pro version doesn’t work either. So don’t buy it.

This app crashes and disappears from my screen at least twice a day. I contacted support a week ago for advice—there has been literally zero response. I really like the idea of this app. I even paid for the pro version. But if I have to restart it all the time, I might as well be checking a website.

Running OX El Capitan 10.11.4 (15E65) on MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012) 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 The app does not work at all. I cannot enter a location, nor “discover automatically.” The “Feedback” option also does not work. I purchased the pro version as well as the free one and neither are working. If I do not get a resolution to this problem I will request a refund.

I paid $2.99 for the pro version of this app and it’s broken right off the back. “Discover Automatically” doesn’t work at all and my temperature reading is - - C. I will be requeting a refund as soon as my invoice arrives.

Since the last update to OS X the app does not work correctly. I wish the developer would come back and support what so many of us have paid for. It was a great app… it could be again… just needs a little love.

Doesn’t know where you are. Fails to even open sometimes. Look further.

So, I downloaded the “lite” version to try it out for free, and it didn’t work. So, i decided that I would give the full version a shot, in case the bug was with the free one. Well… That doesn’t work either.

This app won’t stay open in my menu bar. It’s constantly shutting down

Used to work very well. Latest version on El Capitan crashes constantly. Have sent multiple crash reports and feedback to support but have received no response.

When it works, it’s decent. But it crashes constantly. Terrible.

This is not a great app. I paid for the “pro” version, and this is what I got for my money: Inaccurate weather: I seriously doubt it’s 145º outside. Won’t stay running: When I shut my laptop, the app closes. Half the time, it doesn’t launch on restart even though I’ve put the app in my list of startup items. Really not worth it.

Repeating what so many have posted here already (boy I wish I’d read more of these reviews before wasting my time and $3). It simply stops updating randomly and must be quit and re-launched to refresh (even the refresh menu item within the app won’t force a refresh). This is a non-starter.
